2014, amendment in JERC (Multi Year Distribution Tariff) Regulations
Dear All,
This is to inform you that, Join Electricity Regulatory Commission ( For the state of Goa and Union Territories ) by notification no. JERC-18/2014 dated 10th August 2014 has amended JERC (Multi Year Distribution Tariff ) Regulations, 2014. The copy of the notification, by which various amendments are effected in Multi Year Distribution Tariff, is attached here with for your information.
You are requested to go through the said notification and deeply study the same.
You are also requested to give your suggestions and feedback to your association SIMA, so that the same can be represented to JERC for necessary modification in the interest of consumers of our Territory.
