Dear all,
Your association SIMA is forwarding herewith an Addendum No. DMHS/COVID-19/2020/361, dated 14.04.2021, issued by State Disaster Management Authority Secretariat, Daman, U.T. Administration of Dadra & Nagar Haveli and Daman & Diu.
Vide the Addendum, it is informed that all the industrial labours/workers/employees/Staff from other states and employed in the UT of Dadra & Nagar Haveli and Daman & Diu shall carry COVID 19 Vaccination Certificate for entry in the territory. If not, they shall visit the Nearest Health Facilities and get themselves vaccinated.
