Your association SIMA is forwarding herewith an Advisory No. LE/LI/DMN/CLL/2021/232, dated 06/07/2021, issued by the Office of the Commissioner-cum-Secretary (Labour) & Chief Inspector of Factories & Boilers UT Administration of Dadra and Nagar Haveli & Daman & Diu Secretariat, Moti Daman.
As per the Advisory, The Government of India, Ministry of Labour & Employment New Delhi emphasized the need for allowing more and more nursing mothers to work from home wherever nature of work allows doing so.
