Allocation charges of Shri J B Singh, IAS, Development Commissioner

Consequent upon the relieving of Shri Sandeep Kumar, IAS, Development Commissioner, Daman & Diu and Dadra Haveli from the U.T. Administration of Daman & Diu and Dadra & Nagar Haveli w.e.f. 08/04/2016 (A.N), the Administrator of Daman & Diu and Dadra & Nagar Haveli vide order no. 1/6/93-PER/Part-II/607 dated 08/04/2016ordered that Shri J. B. Singh, IAS, Finance Secretary, Daman & Diu and Dadra & Nagar Haveli is transferred and posted as Development Commissioner, Daman & Diu and Dadra & Nagar Haveli with the following additional charges:
A. Secretary, Daman & Dadra & Nagar Haveli
i. PWD
ii. Revenue
iii. Urban Development
iv. Power, Including Non-Conventional Energy Sources
v. Information Technology
vi. Food & Civil Supplies
vii. Environment & Forest
B. Managing Director, OIDC, DD & DNH
C. Managing Director, DNH Power Distribut. Co. Ltd.
D. Chairman ( PDA), DD & DNH
2. Shri J B Singh, Development Commissioner, shall also hold the additional charge of Finance Secretary, Daman & Diu and DNH along with the following charges being held by him till further orders.
A. Secretary, Daman & Dadra & Nagar Haveli
i. Taxation
ii. Transport
iii. Panchayati Raj Institution
iv. Planning & Statistics
v. Education, DNH.
B. Commissioner, VAT, DNH
3. Shri Vinod P Kavle, IAS, Secretary(Tourism), Daman & Diu and DNH shall hold the charge of Secretary (Health), Daman & Diu and DNH, till further orders.
