As you are informed that, the Annual General Meeting of your association is scheduled on 28th August 2019 at DG Valley Resort, Naroli Road, Silvassa at 6.30 PM and the AGM shall be followed by Grand Cocktail Dinner from 8.00 PM onwards.
So, all the members are hereby requested to block the day i.e 28/08/2019 and make it a grand.

The Annual General Body
The points of the agenda of the meeting are as under:
1. To read and approve the minutes of last AGM held on 25th July 2018 (To view the copy of Minutes PLEASE CLICK HERE).
2. To approve the audited accounts of our association for FY 2018-19. (To view the Balance Sheet PLEASE CLICK HERE).
3. To appoint an auditor for FY 2019-20.
4. To discuss the various issues and problems faced by the colleague members.
5. Any other issues with permission of chair.
6. To conduct the election of the Executive Committee Members for the year 2019-20 (To view the Schedule of Election Process and Nomination Form PLEASE CLICK HERE).
