Subject: Approval of ARR and determination of Tariff Revision Proposal for FY 2015-2016 filed by DNHPDCL.
With reference to our earlier mail dated 8th December 2014.
This is to inform you that public hearing on the said ARR Proposal determination of Tariff Revision has been kept on 8th January 2015 at Silvassa.
Your Association SIMA along with other Industrial Association is going to resist the said revision & also filed objection/Suggestion during the said public hearing on 8thJanuary 2015.
So your are once again requested to go through proposed ARR 2015-2016 and give your valuable suggestion, comment and objection in respect of said proposal to your association so that it can be incorporate in the memorandum of representation.

This is to inform you that DNH Power Distribution Corporation Ltd, Dadra & Nagar Haveli, Vidyut Bhavan, Opp. Secretariat, Silvassa has issued a public notice no. 1-1(362)/ELE/2010/4218, dated:03/12/2014. The scanned copy of the said public notice is enclosed herewith.
Vide the said public notice, it is informed to the general public that, DNHPDCL has filed the ARR Petition and Tariff Proposal before the Joint Electricity Regulatory Commission to determine the ARR and Tariff for the year 2015-16.

You are requested to go through the said public notice and also go through the proposed ARR and Tariff revision proposal for Fy 2015-16. So, fellow industries are hereby requested to study the ARR and Tariff revision proposal for Fy 2015-16 filed by DNHPDCL carefully and file your comments, suggestions/objections before the JERC.
The fellow industries are also requested to send their comments, objections/suggestions to your association SIMA, so that, all the comments, suggestions/objections can be compiled and the matter in respect of ARR and proposed Tariff revision for the year 2015-16 can be collectively represented before the Joint Electricity Regulatory Commission.
