Dear all,
Shri Ravi N Pandey, Executive Secretary of SIMA and prominent Labour Consultant of Dadra & Nagar Haveli has sent an email to our association to enable us to forward our fellow industries colleague. This is in regard of the proposal made by Hon'ble Finance Minister, Govt. of India in his Budget 2015-16.

As Hon'ble Finance Minister has proposed some amendment in respect of EPFO and New Pension Scheme, which shall effect the industries as their employees shall have now option to either continue with EPFO or can switch over to New Pension Scheme.

Dear Sirs,
The Union Finance Minister has done following announcements during his budgetary speech
1. That now employees will have option to choose either being member of EPFO or NPS ( New Pension Scheme).
2. Govt will introduce a bill for making employee contribution to EPFO optional but it will not effect employer contribution.
3. Govt will also make optional for employees to select either ESIC or medical insurance scheme approved by IRDA.
