CBIC is planning a seminar on Counterfeiting and Smuggling and its impact on Indian Industry.
Dear all,
Your association SIMA is in receipt of a letter from FICCI-CMSME by which it has been informed that the Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs(CBIC) is planning a seminar on Counterfeiting and Smuggling and its impact on Indian Industry. They have approached FICCI for exploring whether Indian MSMEs are impacted due to this issue. Accordingly, adequate representations will be made from this sector, during the program.
So, SIMA hereby requests you to kindly share your views, if the MSME Sector is affected by Counterfeiting and Smuggling. Soon a meeting on this will be convened, where the subject will be discussed.
SIMA request you to kindly send your inputs to us on or before December 26, 2018, or you may send your feedback and inputs directly to FICCI-CMSME on their Email id: cmsme@ficci.com to enable us to submit the same to the concerned authority.
Thanking you,
With regards,
For Silvassa Industries & Manufacturers Association,
Narendra Trivedi,
Secretary
