Dear all,
Your association SIMA is forwarding herewith Circular No. PCC/DDD/BMW/2019-20/99 dated 11.06.2024, issued by the Central Pollution Control Board, U.T. Administration of Dadra & Nagar Haveli and Daman & Diu.
As per the Circular, It is directed to all the Health Care Facilities (HCFs) and Industrial Establishment generating Bio-Medical Waste located in the U.T. of DNH & DD to submit the Annual Report in Form-IV for the Year 2023 from January to December with Accident reporting in Form-l (including NIL report) under Bio-Medical Waste Management Rules, 2016 at the earliest.
Given the above, it is directed to ensure the timely submission of the Annual report in (Form- IV) as per BMW Rules, 2016 to the office of the undersigned on or before the 30th June 2024. This may please be treated as urgent.
