Dear all,
Your association SIMA is forwarding herewith a Circular No. ADM/GNL/2/FIA/2021/539, dated 18/02/2021, issued by Collectorate, DNH, (General Section) U.T. Administration of Dadra & Nagar Haveli and Daman & Diu.
As per the Circular, this is to certify that the District of Dadra & Nagar Haveli is not providing piped water supply for Industrial purposes. Thus, the Industrial establishments within the District of Dadra & Nagar Haveli have to make their own arrangement for water supply to meet their entire requirement after obtaining the necessary permission from the Central Ground Water Authority subject to the following additional conditions:
1. Roof Top Rain Water Harvesting/Recharge in Project Premises shall be adopted.
2. Measures for the prevention of Ground Water Pollution shall be taken.
