Your association is in receipt of a Corrigendum issued by Hon’ble Member Secretary, Pollution Control Committee, Dadra & Nagar Haveli, Silvassa vide No. Circular issued vide No. PCC/DDD/NGT NEW DELHI-477/2015/17-18/100 dated on 25/04/2018. The scanned copy of the same is enclosed herewith.
This is in reference to the earlier Circular No. PCC/DDD/NGT NEW DELHI-477/2015/17-18 dated 15/02/2018 regarding use of Lead stabilizer in manufacturing of Polyvinyl Chloride Pipes.
