District Task Force under the Child and Adolescent Labour Act, 1986 constituted.
Dear all,
Your association SIMA is forwarding herewith an Order No. LEO/Child and Adolescent Labour/2020/1238 dated 22/09/2020 issued by Labour Department, UT Administration of Dadra & Nagar Haveli, Silvassa.
As per the Order, Hon’ble District Magistrate, DNH has constituted the District Task Force under the Child and Adolescent Labour (Protection and Regulation) Act, 1986.
The District Task Force will monitor all actions for identification, pre-rescue planning, rescue operation, interim care, prosecution of employer/violation under relevant laws including Bonded Labour System (Abolition) Act, 1976, repatriation, rehabilitation/social reintegration and follow up action.
