Draft Labour Code on Industrial Relation Bill received from Ministry of Labour
Dear all,
We are enclosing herewith the scanned copy of the letter which has been received from Ministry of Labour along with proposed Draft Labour Code on Industrial Relation Bill.
The said "Draft Labour Code on Industrial Relations Bill, 2015" has been published on 27th April 2015. And Ministry of Labour has invited Suggestions from all stake holders on or before 27th May 2015.
The bill intends to replace Trade Unions Act, Industrial Disputes Act and Industrial Employment (Standing Orders) Act.The said draft will have far reaching effects on Industries, so you are requested to go through the draft bill and submit your valuable suggestions to Ministry of Labour.
We request fellow industries to submit their views, suggestion to your Association so all views can be consolidated and can be forwarded to Ministry of Labour.
