Filing of GST Return.
Dear all Industrial Colleague,
Hon'ble Commissionarate, Central GST, Daman, has informed to your association SIMA that many of taxpayers of Dadra & Nagar Haveli have not filed their monthly return online in stipulated time. The non-filing of return in prescribed time is an offence under the provision of GST Act and rules, and violation attracts penalties and other legal action.
So, all colleague industries are hereby requested to file their GST return at the earliest to avoid any unpleasant action by the department.
Your early action in the matter shall be highly appreciated.
