FORM OF BANK GUARANTEE BOND AS PER REVISED SUPPLY CODE.
Dear all,
Your association SIMA is forwarding herewith Form of Bank Guarantee which is prescribed in the revised Supply Code 2018.
As per the revised Supply 2018, a bank guarantee is to be issued for the period of 24 Months Bank Guarantee 6 Months claim period. The copy of the revised format is attached herewith.
So, all colleague industries are requested to go through the attachment.
Henceforth, furnished Bank Guarantee in the prescribed form with the validity of 24months 6month claim period.
