Free Distribution of medicine for Filaria
Dear All,
We enclosed herewith, the circular/appeal No. DMHS/NVBDCP/MDA-2014/19/1461, Dated 8/11/2014 from Hon'ble Development Commissioner and Secretary Health Shri Sandeep Kumarji, vide the said circular his honour has informed that, from dt 17/12/2014 to 19/12/2014 in Dadra & Nagar Haveli, the Health Department shall distribute the free medicine, to prevent the people of this Territory from the disease of Filaria.
During this program DEC & Albentazol Tablet's proportionate dose shall be distributed to people of this territory depending upon their age group. All the residents of Dadra and Nagar Haveli, and Industries undertaking are requested to take dose of this medicine and also ensure that the employees of their industries are also take the dose of medicine to save themselves from the disease of Filaria. It is also requested that when employees of Health Department visit your house or site, please co-operate them to enable Health Department to maintain our territory free from Filaria.
