Free Medical and Eye Checkup Camp on 25.03.2018 at Next Polymers Ltd, Velugam

We are pleased to inform you that, one of our member M/s Next Polymer Ltd is going to organize a Free Medical & Eye Check-up Camp in coordination with your association Silvassa Industries & Manufacturers Association, Lions Club of Silvassa, LEO Club of Silvassa, DNH and Indian Medical Association (IMA), Branch – DNH.
The camp is scheduled on 25/03/2018 (Sunday) from 10.00 AM to 02.00 PM at Next Polymers Ltd., Survey No. 274/2 & 275/2, Surangi, Velugam (By Pass Road), Silvassa.
In this camp, free checkups of various diseases will be conducted, i.e. Dental, Skin, Pathology, Bone Density, Gynaec, Paediatrics, Eye Checkup with distribution of good quality of spectacles.
So, in the interest of the health of your employees and nearby residents, you are requested to motivate them to attend the camp and get the medical & eye checkup at venue, date and time mentioned here-in-above.
During the camp, free spectacles shall be distributed to the needy patients.
