Your association SIMA is forwarding herewith the Gazette Notification No. CG-DL-E-14062021-227600 dated 14/06/2021, issued by the Department of Revenue, Ministry of Finance, New Delhi.
Vide the Gazette, G.S.R. 401(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) and section 3 of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 (51 of 1975), the Central Government, on being satisfied that it is necessary for the public interest so to do, hereby rescinds the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 30/2021- Customs, dated the 1 st May 2021 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i), vide number G.S.R. 313(E), dated the 1 st May 2021, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such rescission.
As per the Notification No. 05/2021 Central Tax (Rate)
G.S.R. 405(E).— Reduction in GST Rates for Covid relief goods such as oxygen, Remdesvir, Testing kits, Sanitiser, Oximeter, Ventilators, Ambulance, BiPAP machine etc. as recommended by 44th GST Council Meeting.
