As we all know that GST regime has been implemented in our country inplace of VAT/Sales Tax.Under the regime of GST various penaltites are notified for different defaults and so to update our colleague members about the provisions of the penalities under GST,your association SIMA is forwarding herewith the summary of various penalties under GST in case of any default.So all the colleagues are requested to go through the provisions of penaltites attached herewith to avoid any default and to escape from the penailties.
