Dear all,

Your association SIMA is forwarding a Circular No.PCC/DDD/OCMMS/2016-17/1438967 issued by Member Secretary, Pollution Control Committee, DD & DNH dated 27/08/2018.The scanned copy of the circular is enclosed herewith for your reference.

Vide the Circular, it is informed that Pollution Control Committee, DD and DNH has launched Online Consent Monitoring and Management System (OCMMS) on 23/04/2018 for grant of Consent to Establish, Consolidated Consent & Authorization and Hazardous & Other Waste Authorization. This OCMMS system is introduced by PCC to ensure the disposal of the applications in transparent and time bound manner. But it was felt by the industries that to filing the application online is very tedious and many industries could not file the application completely and hence the PCC was unable to process the same.

Accordingly, this issue was brought to the notice of Member Secretary, PCC and was proposed to hold an interaction session to understand the problems and difficulties faced by industries as well PCC.

So, the Pollution Control Committee has decided to organize a one-day training and interaction session in order to resolve the queries and problems faced by the industries representatives.

The detail of the seminar is as under:

Venue: Conference Hall, Damanganga Circuit House, Silvassa
Date: 30/08/2018
Training Session: 11:00am to 01:00pm
Interaction Session: 02:30pm to 05:00pm

All the industries and particularly industries whose applications are pending are requested to attend the session with their necessary documents, personal laptop and shall also arrange net connectivity for use during the training & interaction session.

Thanking you,
With regards,

For Silvassa Industries & Manufacturers Association

Narendra Trivedi,
