Interactive Session on GST E-way Bill Guide on 30th January 2018 at VIA Hall, Vapi
Dear all,
As you all are aware that, the E-way bill for inter-state transport will be implemented in India from 1st February 2018. In the GST regime transporters have to carry an E-way Bill when moving goods from one place to another (inter-state movement). As it is a new rule introduced under GST, it is necessary that all the Consigners/Consignee/ Transporters be sensitized regarding the new procedures.
We are pleased to inform you that, Central GST Commissionerate, Daman is going to organize an interactive session “GST E-way Bill Guide” at VIA Hall, Vapi on 30th January 2018 from 10:00 AM to 01:00 PM. In this regards, the letter received by FIA, Silvassa from Additional Commissioners (Tech), CGST & CE, Daman Commissionerate is attached herewith.
The seminar is being organized for Transporter, Traders and industries, which will be delivered in local language Hindi & Gujarati. The Training/Seminar, faculty shall cover all the aspects of E-way Bill including legal provisions, documentation, devices to be carried out by a person in charge of a conveyance, verification/inspection of documents and goods during transit, different kinds of forms and how to fill them. Provision of latest amendment Vide Notification No. 03/2018-Central Tax dated 23.01.2018 shall also be explained in detail. The Seminar will be followed by an exhaustive question and answer session.
