Your Association is in receipt of Invitation from FIEO(Federation of Indian Export Organizations). Pre - Expression of Interest for Participating in “Exhibition” from 8th – 13th Jan, 2015 .In “Vibrant India First – B2B Trade Summit “at Helipad near Mahatma Mandir, Gandhinagar, Gujarat, India.


The Federation of Indian Export Organizations’ represents the Indian entrepreneurs spirit of enterprise in the global market. Known popularly as "FIEO", this apex body of Indian export promotion organizations was set up jointly by the Ministry of Commerce, Government of India and private trade and industry in the year 1965. FIEO is thus a partner of the Government of India in promoting India's exports.

You are requested to participate actively in the above exhibition. The invitation and details of the exhibition is herein under.

Great Opportunity for Exporters:-

The Government of Gujarat has allotted a pavilion measuring about 3000
sq. meters to FIEO (Federation of Indian Export Organizations) adjacent to
the Vibrant Gujarat event. FIEO will be organising the following
events.



1)    Exhibition: Stalls admeasuring 12 sq. meters (4X3) will be provided to manufacturers / exporters to show case their products, exhibiting India’s capacity to the overseas buyers. MSME sector with its extensive capacity to become   manufacturing hub of the world can take advantage of the occasion and show them  capacity to manufacturing quality products. The exhibition will be held from 8th-13th January 2015.



2)    Buyers Sellers Meet is an event where the manufacturer / exporters will get an opportunity to meet their prospective overseas buyers and establish business
relationship. They have invited more than 100 foreign buyers to visit this event and the advantage of ascertaining the actual capacity of Indian manufacturers  of various
products.


3)    There will be conferences which can be attended by the representatives of the Industry as well as the individual participants. Top level officials from the Government of India and the experts in the various fields will address the gathering. Please note that the focus is on 18 countries from Asean and African  countries and the focus products are the following.

a)    Engineering  (Auto Parts, Brass items, Machinery – Pharma, Textiles, Diesel Engines, Oil Mills, and equipment’s, Dairy Machinery & Equipments )

b)    Electrical and Electronics

c)    Power Equipments and Machinery.
