KERALA RELIEF FUND
Dear All,
Your association SIMA is forwarding herewith an appeal from Federation of Industries Associations, Silvassa regarding Kerala Relief Fund.
We all are aware of the massive destructions of the Kerala state in the past few days due to flood. Destructions lead to loss and now our state Kerala has lost more than 300 precious lives, more than 2000 homes are destroyed and a lot of damage has caused to our brothers and sisters of Kerala. About 12 lacs people of Kerala have been shifted to relief camps and more than 1 million people have been displaced. Total loss is being estimated 20000 Crores .
It is time to show our solidarity and brotherhood, we have to stand up with our brothers & sisters of the State and hence, we the industries of UT of DNH have decided to extend our hands to the victims of the disaster and help them to restore their normal lives.
So, your association appeals to all the colleague industrial fellows to donate generously to the cause by cheque/draft or through online payment gateways.
The Donation sent to the Chief Minister’s Distress Relief Fund is 100% exempted from the income tax as per Income Tax Rule Section 80G(2) (iii hf).
You can pay the donation by CHEQUE/ DEMAND DRAFT drawn in favour of The Principal Secretary (Finance), Treasurer,Chief Minister's Distress Relief Fund, Secretariat, Thiruvananthapuram – 695001. The payments like Cheque, Draft, RTGS, NEFT, M.O and UPI etc. receipt will be issued later. Please keep your Transaction details for this purpose.

Donation in kind also be accepted at the office of Silvassa Industries & Manufacturers Association. Please ensure that no used items will be accepted.
