Letter issued by DNHPDCL in the matter of increase in Power Price.
Dear all,
Your association SIMA is forwarding herewith a Letter No. DNHPDCL/SLDC/2021/1916, dated 11/10/2021, issued by DNHPDCL in the matter of increase in Power Price.
In respect of increase in price of coal and shortage of coal supply there is abnormal increase in power price in open market. The current power price in open market is around Rs 14 to Rs 16 per KWH.The Corporation is procuring power from open market to meet the industrial consumer demand of the DNHPDCL. The approved power purchase cost is around Rs. 4.94 per KWH.
