We are enclosing herewith the letter no.Z-13025/31/2014-IR(PL) dtd: 10.10.2014 and proposed draft of the small factories (Regulation of Employment and conditions of Services) Bill, 2014.
As we all know that the present Central Government has proposed to simplify the existing various law in respect of Industrial Sector. In line of this the Ministry of Labour and employment proposed to bring a comprehensive Labour Law for Micro/small and medium enterprises. In this regard the draft Bill viz." the Small Factories (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Services) Bill, 2014" has been finalized and the Ministry has invited comments / suggestion from general public with request to submit their comment on the proposed Bill to Shri S.C. Shama, Deputy Director [IP(PL)], Ministry of Labour and Employment, Room No. 309 (A), Shram Shakti Bhavan, Rafi Marg, New Delhi - 110001 (sc.sharma56@nic.in or Mr. Piyush Sharma, Consultant, Ministry of Labour & Employment, Room No. 502, Shram Shakti Bhavan, Rafi Marg, New Delhi (piyushsharma_del@yahoo.com) latest by 10th November, 2014.
So all the fellow industries are hereby requested to go through the draft Bill and file their comments/suggestion on or before 10th November 2014, in Ministry of Labour and Employment at above said address or through email id mentioned hereinabove.
