No separate passes are required for Inter-State and Intra-State movement of Person and goods.
Dear Sir,
Your association SIMA is forwarding herewith an Order DMHS/COVID-19/2020/381 dated 24/08/2020 issued by the Secretary (Health & Family Welfare), UT Administration of DNH & DD.
As per the Ministry of Home Affairs Order, dated 22/08/2020 regarding no restrictions on Inter-State & Intra-State movement of Person & goods and no separate permission/approval/e-permit shall be required for such movement.
Therefore, the UT Administration has withdrawn the Clause I (C) of the Order No. DMHS/COVID-19/2020/921 dated 31/07/2020 regarding the issue of necessary E-permit / passes to be obtained for entry/exit from the territory. Hence, no separate passes are required for Inter-State & Intra-State movement of Person & goods.
