Notification for online application and E-payment of Fees.
Dear All,
Your association is forwarding herewith a Notifications dated 04/09/2018 issued by Ministry of Labour and Employment. The copy of the notification is enclosed herewith for your quick reference.
Vide the Notification No.4259(E) the Central Government has directed that
(i) any application for registration or licence may be submitted online on Shram Suvidha Portal of the Ministry of Labour and Employment;
(ii) any fee or security deposit shall be made by e-payment;
(iii) any acknowledgement or information relating to the matters specified in clause (i) and (ii) above shall be generated electronically on the Shram Suvidha Portal of the Ministry of Labour and Employment;
(iv) the certificate of registration or licence may be granted online on the Shram Suvidha Portal of the Ministry of Labour & Employment.
All the branches of Union Bank have been directed to accept payment by way of E-Payment mode only.
Vide the Notification No.4260(E) the Central Government notified that in case of Inter-State Migrant Workmen (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Act, 1979 (30 of 1979)
(i) any application for registration or licence may be submitted online on Shram Suvidha Portal of the Ministry of Labour and Employment;
(ii) any fee or security deposit shall be made by e-payment;
(iii) any acknowledgement or information relating to the matters specified in clause (i) and (ii) above shall be generated electronically on the Shram Suvidha Portal of the Ministry of Labour and Employment;
(iv) the certificate of registration or licence may be granted online on the Shram Suvidha Portal of the Ministry of Labour & Employment.
