Notification issued to amend the DNH Factories Rule 1971 by Administration of DNH
Dear all,
This is to inform you that, Hon'ble Administrator Dadra & Nagar Haveli proposed to amend the Dadra & Nagar Haveli Factories Rule, 1971 and the said proposed amendment is published by Notification No. LE/LI/DMN/ARPFR/176/2015/46, dtd:04/08/2015. The scanned copy of the said Notification is attached herewith.
By this Notification it is informed that, as the said amendment in the draft rules shall have affect to the general public. So, the Administration of Dadra & Nagar Haveli Department of Labour has invited objection/suggestion in respect of the said draft before expiry of 45 days from the date of publication of the notification in the Gazette.
In the said draft notification it is proposed to substitute Schedule to rule 4(2) in the Dadra & Nagar Haveli Rules, 1971 by the proposed schedule. It is proposed to substitute in Rule 7 of Dadra & Nagar Haveli Rules, 1971 by new rule.
So, you are requested to go through the said draft notification, and file your objection/suggestion before expiry of 45 days from the date of publication of the notification in the Gazette. For safer side you are requested to file your objection/suggestion on or before 10/09/2015. You are also requested to submit the copy of suggestion and objection raised by you in respect of the said notification to your association SIMA to enable your association to compile all such objection/suggestion and to enable us to file collectively before appropriate authority.
