Notification No.15E of 2018-Stated Tax issued by Commissioner of State Tax, Maharashtra State.
Dear All,
Your association SIMA is forwarding herewith a Notification No.15E/2018-Stated Tax issued on 29th June 2018 issued by Commissioner of State Tax, Maharashtra State.
Vide the notification it states that in the exercise of the powers conferred by clause (d) of sub-rule (14) of rule 138 of the Maharashtra Goods and Services Tax Rules,2017 , the Commissioner of Sales Tax ,Maharashtra State,after consultation with Chief Commissioner of Central Tax, Mumbai Zone, Mumbai, hereby notifies that on or after the 1st July 2018, no e-way bill shall be required to be generated for the intra-state movement in the state of Maharashtra. The details in respect of goods which shall apply to the provision are mentioned in the attachment for your reference.
