Notification on Solid Waste (Amendment) Bye-Laws, 2020 issued by UT Administration.
Dear all,
Your association SIMA is forwarding herewith a Notification No. DNH/SMC/BYE LAWS/02/2019, dated 10/01/2020 issued by Silvassa Municipal Council, UT Administration of Dadra & Nagar Haveli and Daman & Diu.
Vide the Notification, the UT Administration has amended the Solid Waste (Handling & Management) bye-law 2018, as per the mandate of Plastic Waste Management Rules, 2016. These Bye-Laws may be called the Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu Silvassa Municipal Council Solid Waste (Handling and Management) (Amendment) Bye-Laws, 2020 and applicable from the date of publishing of the notification.
