Notification related to Unified Annual Return in Form D under the Payment of Bonus Act.
Dear all,
Your association SIMA is forwarding herewith a notification related to Unified Annual Return in Form D under the Payment of Bonus Act, 1965 and & its Rules, 1975.
Vide this Notification, all employers are adhered to upload the Annual Return on the Web Portal of the Central Government in the Ministry of Labour & Employment giving information on bonus details in respect of the preceding year.
Also, it paves ways to keep the documents, statutory registers, accounts book, etc in electronic form and the same shall be produced to the inspector during the inspection.
