Your association SIMA is forwarding herewith an Office Memorandum issued by Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, (IA Division), Government of India, dated 11th March 2020.
Vide the Office memorandum, Chairman CPCB and others have been directed to consider; projects or activities in respect of Bulk drugs, the ministry (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients and Bulk drug intermediates), out of turn and issue the clearances expeditiously to ensure drug availability/production to reduce the impact of the outbreak of Novel Corona virus (COVID-19) and to improve overall preparedness of drugs.
