Your association SIMA is forwarding herewith a Circular No. No. LEO/EODB/2021/328, dated 02/03/2021 issued by the Labour Enforcement Officer, UT Administration of Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu, Silvassa regarding online application for registration/license/renewal of certificates under the various Acts.
As per the Circular, it is to bring to the notice of all the Industrial Establishment/ Labour Contractor's Shops and Other Establishments, Dadra and Nagar Haveli, Silvassa that various application for Registration/Licence/ Renewal, etc under the following Act's are to be done through Single Window Portal for Industrial Clearances only i.e. https://swp.dddgov.in/labour-and-employment-dnhdd
