Online payment of Bill to DNHPDCL shall not attract any additional transaction charges
Dear all,
We are pleased to inform you that, DNHPDCL has waived off the transaction charges, for online payment paid by the consumer to the corporation. So now all the consumer i.e. domestic, industrial etc., can make the payment of their energy bills through the following options without paying any transaction charges.
i) Payment Gateway Services : Internet Banking & Wallets.
ii) Mobile (WAP) based Online Payment Services : Internet Banking & Wallets.
iii) Electronic Bill Presentment and Payment Services [EBPP] - BillDesk, BillDesk Partner Banks and BillDesk Partner Channels including Wallet based Bill Pay Services.
DNHPDCL shall not charged for Online Payment Services with effective from 1st October 2015. Therefore, the consumer are requested to utilize this Online Payment Services option which are now free of cost and the transaction shall be completed within short time. At the same time the consumer's can also keep the records of such Online Payment Transactions.
The scanned copy of the Public Notice issued by DNHPDCL No. 1-1(730)/ELE/2013/3889, on dated 14th October 2015 is enclosed herewith.
