Online Seminar on Decoding Govt. Stimulus package for MSMEs.

Your association SIMA is pleased to inform you that, IMC Chamber of Commerce & Industry is organizing an Online Seminar on "Decoding Govt. Stimulus package for MSME’s on Thursday, 28th May 2020 at Zoom Meeting.
MSMEs across sectors and industries had been expecting for a financial package from the government ever since the lockdown came into force.
Recently the Finance Minister has announced 15 relief measures under the mega Rs 20 lakh crores stimulus package for the Covid-battered economy; six is aimed at bringing lockdown-hit India’s MSME sector back to life through the enormous Covid-19 financial package. These measures will boost liquidity in MSMEs, help them take benefit of the government schemes, enable them to compete with foreign companies, and strengthen their network.
Further to address MSMEs fear of outgrowing in size to receive benefits given by the government to businesses Finance Minister has also revised the definition of MSME. Under the new definition, manufacturing and service MSMEs will be defined under a common metric that will be a mix of investment in plants and machinery or equipment and turnover.
