Dear all,
Your association SIMA in receipt of an Order No. ADM/LAW/139/99/1404 dated 23/07/2024, issued by the Collectorate, Silvassa, DNH, UT Administration of DNH and DD.
As per the order, The notice of the District Authority that a few occupants of residential/ commercial/ industrial units are discharging their waste water/ grey water into the roadside stormwater drainages and in open fields;
The discharge of water/ grey water in roadside storm water drainages and open fields causes seriousnegative effects on the environment, and public health and can pollute local water sources, soil and vegetation;
Under Section 163 of the Bhartiya Nagarik Surakhsha Sanhita, 2023, 1, Priyank Kishore, District Magistrate, Dadra & Nagar Haveli, hereby order that on finding of such acts, legal action shall be initiated, which may include the withdrawal of occupancy certificate of such building disconnection of power supply.
