Order issuance of Identity Cards to Employees.
Dear Members,
This is to inform you about Order No. ADM/LAW/139/1999/2384, dated 13/12/2024, issued by the District Magistrate under Section 163 of the Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
The order mandates all contractors and industrial owners to:
1. Issue identity cards to all employees.
2. Maintain identity proof records.
3. Inform the concerned police stations.
The order is effective from 15/12/2024 to 13/02/2025. Non-compliance will result in penalties under Section 223 of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
Members are advised to comply promptly.
