Order issued by Honl. Collector, Dadra and Nagar Haveli regarding opening of shops in DNH.
Dear all,
Your association SIMA is forwarding herewith an order No. ADM/DM/COVID-19/355/2020/210 dated 27/04/2020 issued by Shri Sandeep Kumar Singh, Hon’ble Collector, Dadra & Nagar Haveli.
This is in connection to the Order No. DMHS/COVID-19/2020/3461 dated 27/04/2020 wherein all shops shall remain operational between 08:00 AM to 04:00 PM till further orders.
In view of the above and under the Section 34 (m) of the Disaster Management Act; it is hereby ordered that all shops in DNH except in the containment region shall remain open 08:00 AM to 04:00 PM with immediate effect.
The Pharmacy, Hospital and other emergency services shall remain open during normal hours. Bars, Gyms, Parlours, Saloons shall continue to be prohibited. Hotels, Restaurants are prohibited for dining, however, restaurants can undertake takeaways order and home delivery. Sale of liquor and other items continues to be prohibited as specified in UT Directives of COVID-19 Management.
