Dear all,
Your association SIMA is forwarding herewith an Order No. Secy(L&E)/ Misc/2021/1225 dated 08/12/2021 issued by Office of the Commissioner-cum-Secretary (Labour) & Chief Inspector of Factories & Boilers, U.T Administration of Dadra & Nagar Haveli and Daman & Diu Secretariat, Daman.
Vide the said Order, The UT Administration of Dadra & Nagar Haveli and Daman & Diu has notified guidelines and SOP to be implemented by various organizations as well as Industries for the containment of the spread of Covid-19. Vide Order No. DMHS/COVID-19/2020/1127 dated 29.10.2021. Full Covid-19 vaccination (both doses compulsory) for all the employees of the districts of DNH, Daman and Diu is to be done strictly and the Management of Industries will be responsible to enforce the same at their respective establishments.
All the Industries are requested to ensure that all their employees are fully vaccinated without fail. Any lapse in this matter will be viewed seriously and strict action will be taken against the Industries / Establishments / Factories who are not complying these directions and Instructions.
