Order issued by Sub-Divisional Magistrate, DNH to refrain from dispatching industrial goods.....
Dear all,
Your association SIMA in receipt of an order issued by Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Dadra & Nagar Haveli vide order No. ADM/LAW/84/2008/2325 dated 20/09/2018. The scanned copy of the order is enclosed herewith.
On the occasion of Muharram and Ganpati Visarjan on 21/09/2018 and 23/09/2018 respectively, it is anticipated that due to processions and heavy vehicles moving on the roads together, there might be congestion. Due to heavy traffic, there may be chances of road accidents and other untoward incidents, if proper steps are not taken.
In view of the above, Sub-District Magistrate, DNH ordered to all the colleague industries to refrain from dispatching industrial goods in Trucks and any other vehicles carrying industrial goods between 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM on 21/09/2018 and 23/09/2018 in the Municipal Areas of Silvassa, UT of Dadra & Nagar Haveli.
