Your association SIMA is forwarding herewith an Order No. Secy. (L & E)/DMN/COVID-19/2020/51, dated 30.03.2020 issued by the Office of Secretary Labour & Employment, Moti Daman, UT Administration of Dadra & Nagar Haveli and Daman & Diu regarding Payment of wages to employees/labourers by Industries. Builders, Hoteliers, Contractors. Shop & Other commercial establishment owners in the U.T. of DNH & DD.
Vide the Order, In pursuance of the directions NO.40-3l2020-DM-l (A), Dated,29-03-2020 issued by Ministry of Home Affairs, Govt. of India, it has been strictly directed that;
