Dear all,
Your association SIMA is forwarding herewith an Order No. LE/LI/DMN/Fact/305/2020/87, dated 12.06.2020 issued by the Secretary (Labour), UT Administration of Dadra and Nagar Haveli & Daman & Diu, Secretariat, Moti Daman, Daman.
As per the Order, the Administration has hereby directed to the industries of DNH & DD to comply with all the directions & guidelines issued by the UT Administration Dadra & Nagar Haveli and Daman & Diu with regards to pandemic CORONA Virus (COVID-19), in particular:
1. Factories to be sanitized effectively, especially where a large number of people are employed;
2. Sanitizers may be kept at the entry, exit and other relevant points of workplaces and factories;
3. Keep a reasonable quantity of hand sanitizers, face masks for use of employees.
4. The temperature of each worker to be monitored at the time of entry;
5. Wearing of Mask by all the employees
6. Social Distancing and Personal care and hygiene.
Further, all the industries shall ensure that the Safety & Health norms prescribed under the provisions of the under Chapter III, IV and V of the Factories Act, 1948 like Cleanliness, Disposal of wastes and effluents, Ventilation and temperature.......TO VIEW THE ORDER PLEASE CLICK HERE.
