Order regarding extension of time limit of the use of Pet Coke and Furnace Oil as Fuel.
Dear all,
Your association SIMA is forwarding herewith an Order issued by the Member Secretary, Pollution Control Committee, DNH & DD on dated 17.12.2022.
As you all are aware that, Pollution Control Committee, DNH & DD had issued an order dated 21/12/2021 regarding use of Pet Coke and Furnace Oil as a fuel by any industry, operation and processes and was directed to make necessary changes or modification within a period of one year time.
The industries were requested to extend the time limit to implement the guidelines regarding use of Pet Coke and Furnace oil as fuel. The PCC, DNH & DD considered the request of the industries and now the time limit of the use of Pet Coke and Furnace Oil as a fuel by the existing industry, operation and processes is extended further period of one year i.e. upto 08.12.2023.
