Dear all,
Your association SIMA is forwarding herewith an Order No. DNHPDA/108(02)/2008/28, dated 06/01/2023, issued by the Member Secretary, Dadra & Nagar Haveli Planning and Development Authority, Silvassa.
Vide the order, the Land use Conversation Charges for "Residential-cum-Commercial purpose shall be levied the charges of Commercial purpose Rs. 56.00 per Square Meter for outer Silvassa Municipal Council (SMC) area and Rs. 113.00 per Square Meter within the Silvassa Municipal Council (SMC) area.
