Orders issued by Honl. District Magistrate, Dadra and Nagar Haveli
Dear all,
Your Association is forwarding herewith the orders passed by Shri Gaurav Singh Rajawat, Hon’ble District Magistrate, Dadra and Nagar Haveli.
As per Order No. ADM/LAW/84/2008/2506, dated 06.12.2017, by which it is ordered to all the Owners/Managing Committees of Societies / Associations who are looking after the management and maintenance of society of the multistory housing complex to install CCTV camera at entry points /gates of the said Multi Storey Residential Housing Complex and other vulnerable point’s threat.
As per Order No. ADM/LAW/84/2008/2509, dated 06.12.2017, hereby ordered to all the Contractors/Industrial Owners should keep details of Identity Proof and also issue identity cards to their employees and inform concerned police stations accordingly.
The said Orders shall come into action with immediate effect. This order will be in force from 05.12.2017 to 02.02.2018 (both days inclusive). Any person contravening this order shall be punishable under Section 188 of the Indian Penal Code.
