Presentation on proposed Labour Law Reforms by Dr. Onkar Sharma

As you are aware that, Federation of Industries Association had organized an Awareness Session on 29th Sept 2018 on proposed new Labour Law Reforms with its constituent associations SIA, DNHIA & SIMA in collaboration with Labour Department, Dadra & Nagar Haveli.
You are also aware that Government proposed to consolidate 38 Labour Acts by framing 4 labour codes viz Code on Wages, Industrial Relations, Social Security, Occupational Safety & Health and working conditions.
In this session, Dr. Onkar Sharma, Deputy Chief Labour Commissioner, (Central) New Delhi, was key speaker and he gave presentation on said proposed Labour Law Reforms. FIA, Silvassa has written a letter along with the Presentation of Dr. Onkar Sharma (copy of the letter is enclosed herewith).
