Your Association SIMA is forwarding here a Press note Releasing by the Ministry of Labour & Employment, Employees Provident Fund Organization.
All employers are informed that a special recovery campaign is being run to recover the dues of the Employees Provident Fund Organization till November-24, December-24 and January-2025.
The defaulters are requested to deposit their dues at the earliest otherwise they may have to face unpleasant consequences arising out of recovery actions such as attachment of movable/immovable property, attachment of bank account, appointment of receiver, arrest of employer and detention in jail under section 8B to 8G of the Employees' Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952.
As the Employees' Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) is about to launch an Employment Linked Incentive (ELI) scheme for employers and employees, employers and employees are urged to get the UAN KYC done for all employees and become their beneficiaries.
