Your association SIMA is forwarding herewith an Order No. PCC/DDD/PET COKE-FO(WP)(C) 13029/1985/CPCB(DMN)/19-20/206, dated 21/12/2021, issued by the Pollution Control Committee, DNH & DD Daman, UT Administration of Dadra & Nagar Haveli and Daman & Diu.
As per the order, the Union Territory of Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman & Diu was declared as Air Pollution Control Area vide notification No PCC/DDD/DOMN-Air Pollution Control Area/10-11/171 dated 09/06/2011.
