PUBLIC HEARING BY JERC ON BUSINESS PLAN FILED BY DNHPDCL
Dear all,
As per the direction of Hon'ble Joint Electricity Regulatory Commission, for State of Goa, and UT'S, Dadra and Nagar Haveli Power Distribution Corporation Limited, has filed a Business Plan for MYT control period of 2016-17 to 2018-19. DNHPDCL has also filed the Data Gap in revised Business Plan which includes the scheme for installation of 3MW grid connected Solar PV Plant in UT of Dadra & Nagar Haveli, scheme for conversion of overhead 11kv and LT line into underground cabaling system.

Your association SIMA has attached herewith the letter No. 1-1(236)/PDCL-AE(Comml)/2015/3945, dated 20/10/2015, received from DNHPDCL in respect of Public Hearing by JERC to hear the objections, suggestions of the public in general in respect of Business Plan filed by DNHPDCL. The said public hearing is scheduled on 30th October 2015 at Yatri Niwas, Silvassa, at 11a.m.
All the industries colleagues are hereby requested to go through the Business Plan and also study the scheme for installation of Solar BV Plant and scheme for underground caballing system. The industries colleagues are hereby requested to submit their suggestions and objections either directly to JERC at the time of hearing or can send their suggestions to your association SIMA, so that all the suggestions can be compiled and filed by SIMA.
