Your association is forwarding herewith the Public Notice issued by the Hon’ble Secretary, Joint Electricity Regulatory Commission (For the State of Goa and Union Territories), Gurugram, Haryana.
As per the Public Notice, Hon’ble JERC has scheduled the Public Hearing in Petition No. 117/2023, 122/2024 and 124/2024 filed by DNHPDCL & Torrent and Electricity Department (Transmission Division) for approval. Hon’ble Commission will conduct a public hearing on 06/02/2024 at Kala Kendra, Near the Collectorate Office, Silvassa at 10:30 AM.
It is to inform you that, DNHPDCL & Torrent and Electricity Department (Transmission Division) have filed the following petitions for approval.
1. Petition filed by the Dadra & Nagar Haveli and Daman & Diu Power Distribution Corporation Limited (DNHDDPDCL) for approval:- Petition under Section 61, 62, 64 and 86 of the Electricity Act, 2003 and JERC (Generation, Transmission and Distribution Multi-Year Tariff) Regulations, 2021 for True-up of FY 2022- 23, Annual Performance Review of FY 2023-24 and Determination of Aggregate Revenue Requirement & Tariff for FY 2024-25 for the Distribution Business of Dadra & Nagar Haveli and Daman & Diu. Petition filed by the DNH and DD Power Corporation Ltd. for approval:- Petition under Sections 61, 62, 64 and 86 of the Electricity Act, 2003 and JERC (Generation, Transmission and Distribution Multi-Year Tariff) Regulations, 2021 for True-up of FY 2022- 23, Review of FY 2023-24 and ARR for FY 2024-25 and Tariff proposal for FY 2024-25.
